Setting up my equipment in the studio today to Practice until the next gig. Also working on getting my first mix tape out. The mix tape will be about an hour long of progressive house and house songs mixed together. It will be available on Soundcloud, CD, and a couple other media sources as well.

There is a “rave” being worked out in Baltimore for me to perform at. About 500 people will be invited. Beer provided. Entry fee depends on weather or not beer will be sold with tickets or all you can drink. The night will include three 1 hour long sets including trance, house, and dubstep respectively. It will be held in an auditorium in Baltimore with a stage and huge open warehouse style dancefloor. So get your colors and glowsticks ready and stay posted for updated on a date and time. Adress will be provided after everything is worked out. Thanks!

Thats right everyone! DJ Chris Tharp will be making his Debut at The Point in Fells Point Baltimore, MD. It is a new bar/restaurant in Fells point with tons of great bear, liquor, spirits, and great food as well! DJ Chris Tharp will be playing all the hottest and newest jams from 10pm until close on his high powered P.A. system. This will all be taking place on Friday July 2nd 2010. See you there!

Looney’s and DJ Chris Tharp have separated ways last week. DJ Chris Tharp no longer will hold a weekly residency at Looney’s South in Maple Lawn. He would like to thank everyone who has come out to Looney’s over the past year and shown support / had a great time. Keep posted for updates on new venues and shows. A Fells Point show will be happening in July (either the 2nd or the 23rd hasn’t been finalized yet). As of now River Hill Sports Grille is the only weekly residency for DJ Chris Tharp.
